About the Corporate Leadership Award
Each year, CPR honors a corporation that has demonstrated leadership in the field of conflict management and has institutionalized ADR into their legal structure and corporate culture. The Award is presented at a black tie event that draws approximately 500 attendees representing the general counsel from Fortune 200 corporations, partners from leading law firms, and industry experts and scholars who come together to demonstrate the importance of ADR. Since inception, the event has raised more than $7 million for CPR’s public policy research and programs as well as our initiatives internationally.

In November, CPR will be holding its 10th Annual Corporate Leadership Award Dinner honoring John F. Schultz, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Hewlett-Packard Company for their outstanding commitment to resolving disputes in ways that achieve the legal and business objectives while preserving and strengthening essential business relationships.
