Description: (Effective June 15, 2005) These Rules provide procedures to facilitate the conduct of international arbitration fairly, expeditiously and economically. They are designed for international disputes, which broadly encompass disputes involving persons or business enterprises of different nationalities or located in different countries. They are intended for the complex international case, but are suitable regardless of the complexity of the case or the amount in dispute.
