Arbitration Committee
CPR’s largest Committee met quarterly in 2010-12. The Committee has produced a Protocol on the Determination of Damages in Arbitration which is available on the CPR website and in hard copy.  The Committee also completed a document on Guidelines on Early Disposition of Issues in Arbitration, which was released in 2012 in time for distribution at the CPR Annual Meeting and is presently working on a Draft Protocol on Preparation of Arbitral Awards.  Finally, the Arbitration Committee finalized and included the Guidelines for Arbitrators Conducting Complex Arbitrations, which was included in the packages at CPR's 2013 Annual Meeting, which was held in California this year.

The Chair of this Committee is
