The newly-formed CPR Mediation Committee focuses on issues of interest in the field of ADR, both domestic and international. The Committee consists of CPR members throughout the world, and will play a role in identifying neutrals to serve on CPR’s Panels of Distinguished Neutrals.
The Co-chair of this Committee is David Burt of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company.
