The CPR MAPP (Model ADR Procedures and Practices) Series, first published in 1994, is a user-friendly ADR library for practitioners, business executives and judges. In 1998, 14 new topics were added; cases and bibliographic references were updated. Of the 22 volume set, this booklet has survived the test of time and is still a very valuable addition of any lawyers library.

The ADR Systems Design MAPP is a detailed discussion of how to build ADR into the corporate law department or law firm.
