CPR’s Master Mediator Series with Ken Feinberg

As an advocate for clients in mediation, how can you be sure that you and your clients are fully maximizing the business-side benefits of mediation? This is one of the many questions that Kenneth Feinberg, the globally recognized master of mediation and Special Master of the Federal September 11 Victim Compensation Fund with significant experience in "bet the company" matters, will tackle in this in-person training program:

Mediation: Practical Insights, Best Practices and Evolving Business Opportunities

In-house and outside counsel: Enhance your advocacy in the mediation process and upgrade your understanding of a mediator’s full value. Feinberg will also address litigator interests in translating expertise in courtroom advocacy into skillful maneuvers in the mediation room.

Neutrals: Gain insight into the procedural choices and substantive decision-points that will help you “stand out in a crowd,” and distinguish yourselves in a dynamic and increasingly competitive marketplace.

In this two-part presentation, Ken Feinberg gives you the tools to understand his path to success as a master mediator and dispute system designer. Take advantage of this opportunity to talk to and learn from a pioneer in the field, discussing everything from the ins and outs of the mediation process to the best routes to take to bring your dispute resolution practice to a new level.
