CPR brings together elite speakers and assembles expert panels of top business leaders, law firms, and academics from around the world. Each offers their own real-world perspective on ADR and provides valuable best practices in a sophisticated and collegial forum.
We have convened leading minds in ADR at CPR's European Congress on Business Dispute Management since 2004. Early CPR meetings were held in The Hague and in Brussels. Our most recent events took place in Paris (2007) and Vienna (2008).

An international panel of representatives from mediation centers discussed the development of ADR organizations in France, Nigeria, Poland, and Croatia. Corporate systems for early case assessment were addressed by senior executives of Schering-Plough Corporation, GE Commercial Finance, Eversheds, and Newell Rubbermaid Inc.
