Manager, Dispute Resolution Services
Alveen Shirinyans joined CPR as Dispute Resolution Services Manager in February 2020. Prior to moving to NY and joining CPR, Alveen worked as an independent international arbitration practitioner in Paris and Los Angeles. Throughout her legal career, she has gained valuable experience in international dispute resolution working at Orrick Paris and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). At the ICC, she worked with the Commonwealth team and the Commission of Arbitration and ADR. She was a Vis Moot participant in 2017 and has since acted as a Vis Moot arbitrator every year.
Alveen earned her Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in International Business Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles with stints studying abroad in Italy and Paris and was admitted to the New York bar in August 2019. While at Loyola, she worked for the International Human Rights Clinic focusing exclusively on ICSID arbitration. Prior to law school, she earned her BBA in Business Management where she was on the Dean’s List and graduated with honors.
Alveen speaks English, Farsi, Armenian and Turkish fluently and has a good command of German.
