This high level lunch time presentation will feature directors of the dispute resolution divisions of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the U.S. Department of the Interior and senior jurists from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Appeals Board, discussing best practices for resolving energy, environmental, natural resources, oil and gas, and infrastructure disputes with, and appeals within, these agencies.  Lunch will be served.
