PROGRAM:
Innovative construction projects are found everywhere in New York City.  Each of these projects has a unique story to tell, which includes innovative design elements, complex contract documents and creative approaches to dispute resolution. This knowledgeable panel of inside and outside construction counsel will discuss some of the innovative projects they have worked on, such as the High Line, “The Spiral,” the MTA’s Enhanced Station Initiative and the rebuilt World Trade Center complex, the risk strategies they adopted and how they successfully navigated disputes and challenges that threatened to derail the projects along the way. A meeting of CPR’s Construction Advisory Committee will precede this event.
