Diversity in ADR Task Force Meeting

Either in person or via dial-in, please join members of the CPR Diversity in ADR Task Force in New York for a committee meeting. This meeting will precede CPR's third annual Philadelphia Regional meeting, Can We Save Arbitration From Itself?, also taking place at Pepper Hamilton. Members of the Diversity in ADR Task Force are invited to attend the panel event, which will feature prominent inside counsel, outside counsel, neutrals and academics discussing the criticisms facing commercial arbitration today, the delicate balance between party autonomy and efficiency and offer innovative solutions for how clients, counsel, neutrals and arbitral institutions can best optimize arbitration to efficiently resolve disputes.
