CEDR Accreditation is recognised as the global gold standard for mediator competence, with over 7,000 accredited mediators in 70 countries. 

If you are an existing mediator and want a Fast Track to International Accreditation, then this course is for you. By receiving the international recognized CEDR accreditation at the end of the program, this course can help you market yourself to mediate international disputes. During 4 days, not only do you receive extensive coaching but also a detailed one-to-one personal feedback from senior practicing mediators.

4-day course outline to be held on September 21, 22, 24, and 25, with a break on Wednesday, September 23:

  • Skills Refresher: Focus on a refresher of the key skills of an effective mediator
  • Skills to Mediate Internationally: This day explores the additional skillset required to effectively mediate an international dispute
  • Coaching Day: Coaching day using one case throughout the whole day, with private 1-2-1 feedback
  • Assessment Day: All participants assessed for CEDR accreditation based on role play. 1-2-1 feedback continues

New York CLE = 27.5 CLE credits

This continuing legal education course has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 27.5 NY CLE credits of which 26 credit hours can be applied towards the “Skills” requirement and 1.5 credits towards the “Ethics” requirement. This course is for experienced attorneys and/or neutrals. Not open for transitional CLE.

The CPR Institute has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. CPR is a non-profit organization. Under financial hardship guidelines, at its discretion, CPR may waive the fee for attorneys who demonstrate that they are not currently employed (not retirees). CPR may also provide a special discounted price to attorneys, full-time judges and administrative law judges practicing in the non-profit and public sectors full time.
