Y-ADR Seminar in Geneva 2017

Topic: How do in-house counsel view their role in international arbitration?

For international arbitration to work efficiently, the role of everyone involved – corporate counsel, outside counsel, arbitrators and institutions – is critical. A panel of in-house counsel will discuss their role in managing international arbitration proceedings. They will share their experience and views on how best they contribute to successful outcomes for their companies. At this event, CPR will also present its new "Corporate Counsel Manual for Cross-Border Dispute Resolution" drafted by Members of the CPR Arbitration Committee, a practical tool for all practitioners in international arbitration.
