This special one-day conference addresses the importance of mediation as a dispute resolution tool being currently used across the NHS in different ways and for different purposes.

14:00 – 15:30 Mediation World Café – an opportunity for delegates to ask questions and suggest thoughts on how mediation could be improved and how they might use mediation in their work

15:45 – 16:45 Workshop: Mediation Skills for handling early stage disputes or complaints and how to take a Mediation forward (difficult conversations)
