Definitions of each, What do we mean when we use these terms? Why is this important for the profession, for users of dispute resolution, and for the administration of justice? How do we measure and define progress?

II. How are bar associations, professional organizations, court-connected dispute resolutionprograms, and community dispute resolution centers addressing diversity and inclusion in the field? Current Efforts; ADR Inclusion Network – improving the selection of, pipeline for, and awareness of diversity and inclusion in the field, and serving as a resource to others on this topic.
