“Built to Last” --- Creating Enduring Commercial Relationships

CPR is pleased to announce a collaboration with New York Law School Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, in the form of a new "James F. Henry Speaker Series." James F. Henry was the founder and first President of (then) the Center for Public Resources, which would later become CPR.  

Leading experts join a Panel hosted by President and CEO of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (“CPR”), Noah Hanft.  The Panel will explore how a commercial relationship can be structured so as to limit conflict and optimize its likelihood of success, and the important role transactional lawyers can – and must -- play in this process.
