This is a 2-hour program for lawyers and neutrals involved in mediation and/or arbitration. The course encompasses ethical issues for lawyer-representatives, arbitrators and mediators. It will assess through lecture and hypotheticals the impact of the Uniform Mediation Act, MRPC, and arbitration codes, as well as provide guidance concerning conflicts of interest.
