Join CPR's Ellen Parker at the Melnick Symposium: Negotiation Strategies for War by Other Means
Join the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution on November 18, 2022 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm EST for the annual Melnick Symposium. The theme of this year’s Symposium is "Negotiation Strategies for War by Other Means", where we will explore the changing landscape of international conflicts and the role that dispute resolution can play in strengthening capacity to respond effectively. Our three panels will feature academics and practitioners in the fields of dispute resolution and cyber security who will discuss the history of hybrid warfare and the way it unfolds in the real world, the various ways negotiation theory applies and how it can address threats of hybrid warfare, and what the future of these novel conflicts entails and the ways the public and private sectors can respond to and prevent them.
This program of three online panels is approved for up to 5.0 transitional/non-transitional New York State CLE credits in the category “Areas of Professional Practice.” To receive CLE credits for a panel, you must attend that part of the program “live.” We cannot award CLE credits for watching a recorded version of any part of this program.
