CPR/FTI Consulting Cybersecurity Training
CONTENT ON DEMAND, FOR CPR NEUTRALS
As a service for its Panel of Distinguished Neutrals, CPR is pleased to offer this three-part, on-demand web presentation of its joint cybersecurity training with FTI Consulting, Inc.
The 2019 CPR-FTI Consulting “Cybersecurity in ADR” training, offered at no cost to CPR neutrals, comprises three modules, whose recordings will be posted on this page as soon as the live events are completed:
- Module I: Current and emerging cyber threats - Access this recording HERE
- Module II: Practical tips for arbitrators and mediators on mitigating cybersecurity risks - Access this recording HERE
- Module III: The ICCA-CPR-NYC Bar Association Protocol on Cybersecurity in International Arbitration - Access this recording HERE
CPR Neutrals may either view the modules live, or access the recordings at their own convenience. In order to offer this benefit exclusively to CPR Neutrals, the recordings are password protected. All CPR Neutrals will receive an email containing the password (if you do not receive this email, please contact csilva@cpradr.org).
In order to receive a certificate of completion, please keep track of the codes given out during each presentation and present them to Chris Silva once all three modules have been completed.
With this training, CPR continues to lead the way for cybersecurity in ADR. In addition to CPR’s participation in the Working Group, CPR recently created a Cyber Panel, consisting of neutrals who are expert in resolving all types of cyber disputes relating to data breaches and other cybersecurity issues, including insurance coverage disputes. CPR was also the first institution to include a cybersecurity provision in its arbitration rules, encouraging parties to consider matters of cybersecurity at the onset of an arbitration.
