CPR is pleased to collaborate with FTI Consulting for this training. The FTI Cybersecurity practice takes an intelligence-led, strategic approach to global cybersecurity challenges affecting organizations – their people, their processes, and their reputation. This enables clients of any size to address their most critical needs and integrate new solutions atop or alongside pre-existing policies and programs to address cyber threats.
CPR & Cybersecurity
CPR was the first institution to include a cybersecurity provision in its arbitration rules, encouraging parties to consider matters of cybersecurity at the onset of an arbitration. With this training, CPR continues to lead the way for cybersecurity in ADR. In addition to CPR’s participation in the ICCA-NYC Bar Association-CPR Working Group on Cybersecurity in International Arbitration, CPR maintains a Cyber Panel comprised of arbitrators and mediators who are experts in data breaches and other cybersecurity issues, such as handling related insurance coverage disputes.
