On Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, at noon, the CPR Institute presented its fifth live online CLE event in conjunction with WestLegalEdCenter.com: "Energy Charter Treaty Arbitrations against Sovereign States.
The program will be archived the week of Sept. 29, and be available, for full CLE credit, on demand. WestLegalEdcenter.com has accredited the course in 29 jurisidcitions.

The program explores hot topics and recent developments regarding the investor-State arbitration mechanism under Article 26 of the Energy Charter Treaty.
