Arbitration: What's next for Cable Connection v. DirecTV? (Alternatives)

What's next for Cable Connection Inc., v. DirecTV Inc.?

Mattel Inc.  At the time, the Court declined to hold that others laws might allow expanded review, and left open the slight possibility that judicial review might be justified in other circumstances.

Now that the California Court has allowed it, find out what might happen next.  Details are in the October Alternatives, just published online in advance of the hard copy edition.
