CDR Covers Working Group on Cybersecurity in Int'l Arbitration

CDR News Magazine

CDR News Magazine covered the recently formed working group on cybersecurity in international arbitration, comprising the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR), the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and the New York City Bar Association - which will be establishing voluntary protocols for use in international arbitral proceedings.

The article describes the leading role played by CPR's Olivier André, and quotes Noah Hanft describing the panel as guiding a "critical effort" by businesses “prevent and/or resolve cyber-related disputes in a manner that best protects operations, customers and reputation."
