CDR Covers launch of 2020 Cybersecurity Protocol for International Arbitration

In "Cybersecurity in International Arbirtration Highlighted," CDR covered the launch, by CPR and other leading arbitral institutions, of the 2020 Cybersecurity Protocol for International Arbitration, which it describes as offering new guidance ahead of the 2020 congress of the International Council of Commercial Arbitrators (ICCA) in May.

According to CDR's Ben Rigby, "The protocol has completed a two-year journey that began with the consultation draft at the ICCA congress held in Sydney, spanning 240 responses across the arbitral landscape, ranging from institutions, arbitrators, law firms, practitioners, experts and arbitrators, among others, and encompassing 25 workshops. It reflects the dynamic changes that cyber threats require."
