CPR Institute Presents 23rd Annual Awards

The CPR Institute announced the winners of the 23rd Annual CPR Awards Program at a dinner held at New York’s Essex House on January 19, 2006. The CPR

The Student Articles/Papers Prize was awarded to both Joshua Berry, The Trouble We Have with the Iraqis is US: A proposal for Alternative Dispute Resolution in the New Iraq, 20 Ohio St. J. on Disp. Resol. 527 (2005) and Daniel Hendy, Is a Truth Commission the Solution to Restoring Peace in Post-Conflict Iraq?, 20 Ohio St. J. on Disp. Resol. 487 (2005).

The Book Prize was presented to Roger Fisher and Daniel Shapiro for their book, Beyond Reason: Using Emotions as You Negotiate (Viking Press/Penguin Group, New York, October 2005).

Problem Solving in the Law School Curriculum was presented to Dean Lisa A. Kloppenberg for the innovative Lawyer as Problem Solver curriculum launched at the
University of Dayton School of Law in 2004/2005.
