FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
New York, NY, July 31, 2012 – CPR and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) are co-hosting a half-day mini-conference on alternative dispute resolutions. The mini-conference will be held on Friday, September 21 in Philadelphia.
The mini-conference will feature keynote speaker Judge Richard B. Klein, who served for 28 years as a trial judge and eight years on the appellate court. Judge Klein currently provides arbitration and mediation services. Participants will then have the opportunity to attend three separate panel sessions on ADR.
“For the panel sessions, we carefully selected cutting-edge topics that focus on issues such as how to get the most from a mediator, how people process information and make decisions, and controlling costs in complex multi-party disputes,” says Kathleen Bryan, President and Chief Executive Officer of CPR. “Each of the speakers is quite experienced and will facilitate a dynamic, interactive learning environment.”
“The CLM is excited to partner with CPR on this ADR mini-conference,” says Adam Potter, Executive Director of the CLM. “Combining our organizations’ expertise and resources has allowed us to create a tremendous program.”
The night prior to the mini-conference, attendees are invited to attend a CLM networking and educational event at the National Constitution Center. For more details on the mini-conference and CLM event, visit www.theclm.org/alt.
