Alison Pearsall

Alison Pearsall is the Group Head of Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Risk Management at Eviden International. She has extensive experience advising multinational corporations on high value/risk arbitration and litigation cases in the energy, IT, waste, and water sectors. Prior to her in-house career she exercised in private practice in New York and Paris specializing in international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. She previously served as the Common Law Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration. She is currently a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and previously served as a court member of the London Court of International Arbitration and Chair of the New York City Bar Committee on International Trade. Alison is qualified both as a U.S. attorney and as a mediator.
