CPR convenes the Employment Disputes Committee of in-house employment counsel, corporate defense attorneys, counsel from the plaintiff’s bar, and neutrals to analyze trends, share best practices, prepare presentations, and publish material on issues that are critically important to employment dispute management.
Task forces of the Committee have published Administered Employment Arbitration Rules as well an Employment-Related Mass Claims Protocol. Current task forces are addressing how best to establish an arbitration program in a company as well as the sharing of best practices for workplace dispute management. The Employment Committee regularly hosts webinars on subjects such as "Revisions to CPR's Employment-Related Mass Claims Protocol" “What Labor & Employment ADR Will Look Like Under the Biden Administration”, and "Why and How to Set Up an Ombuds Function at Your Company".
