Africa Arbitration Webinar Series

In 2024, the CPR Institute and a joint collaboration of the Y-ADR Steering Committee and the Africa Arbitration Day-New York Steering Committee launched a new webinar interview series featuring guest speakers to discuss the current state of arbitration in Africa, including emerging trends that may be unique to the African continent.

The first installation of this program took place on June 18, 2024 titled: "Terms of Reference and Jurisdictional Challenges" and featured Moderator, Tiwalade Aderoju, FCIArb, Olympus Solicitors & Advocates, and Featured guest, Mrs. Adedoyin Rhodes-Vivour, SAN C.Arb, Managing Partner of DOYIN RHODES-VIVOUR & CO (Lagos, Nigeria).
