CPR Arbitration Committee Meeting

CPR Members are invited to attend the CPR Institute Arbitration Committee Meeting on April 19th, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM EST. 

This meeting will be held on Zoom. Please register ahead of time here in order to attend this event.

• Report on CPR Annual Meeting
• Update on Selected Issues on Mediation Procedure Revision
• 12:30: Interview of C.J. Mahoney,  Deputy General Counsel at Microsoft, former Deputy United States Trade Representative, and incoming Vice Chair of the Arbitration Committee; conducted by Viren Mascarenhas, Partner at Milbank, and incoming Chair of the Arbitration Committee
