CPR Institute's Dispute Prevention Committee presents: Prevention The Time Is Now

CPR's Dispute Prevention Committee presented, "Prevention: the Time is Now" panel discussion featuring business leader, Myrtle Potter, current CEO of Sumitovant Biopharma, Inc., Noah Hanft, co-founder of AcumenADR LLC and former CEO/President of CPR, Deborah Hylton, Mediator & Arbitrator, Hylton ADR Services, and Joan Stearns Johnsen, Arbitrator & Mediator, Senior Legal Skills Professor, University of Florida Levin College of Law, and current Chair of the ABA Dispute Resolution Services Section, who will focus on the art of dispute prevention, the enhanced skill set necessary for its execution and the work of the Panel, including the development of adaptable model "prevention" provisions for commercial transactions.

The International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) is dedicated to leading in the prevention effort, and has recently launched a Dispute Prevention Panel, comprised of individuals with skills particularly well-suited to responding to resolving conflicts before positions are hardened.
