.5You don't want to miss this presentation on the current state of employment arbitration. Find out what you need to know to develop a mandatory arbitration program that passes muster with current case law.

This CLE event, presented by the Employment Disputes Committee, will focus on the 2024 Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak, & Stewart Strategies and Benchmarks for the Workplace Survey, particularly as it pertains to employment arbitration and the prevalence of mandatory employment arbitration.

Previously employment arbitration was widespread and growing.  Is that still the case? Or have employers started backing away from mandatory arbitration in recent years? What are the legal requirements for mandatory employment arbitration?

This presentation features Christopher Murray of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak, & Stewart and Bridget Lankford of GSK.
