The Investment Disputes Subcommittee was formed in September 2024 as a subcommittee of the Arbitration Committee and the Banking & Financial Services Alliance. The mission of the Subcommittee is to explore ADR and generate programming and potential work product
in the context of investment disputes, including those arising under multilateral or bilateral investment treaties.
