Dan Bolia

Dan Bolia is Managing Counsel in the Litigation Department at Exxon Mobil Corporation. He currently leads a team that is responsible for overseeing ExxonMobil's Commercial Litigation and International Disputes. Before that, Dan managed ExxonMobil’s Climate Change and Securities Litigation docket. Dan has played leading roles in some of the company’s most significant matters, including responding to Congressional subpoenas and preparing the CEO for multiple Congressional hearings. Before joining ExxonMobil, Dan was a securities and commercial litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
