Deanne Griswa

Deanne Griswa is the Coordinator for the CPR Institute, where she supports member engagement, committee and task force operations, educational programming, and Institute initiatives. She collaborates with CPR leadership, members, and cross-functional teams to coordinate programs, strengthen member participation, and advance the Institute's mission of promoting innovation and best practices in conflict prevention and resolution.

Prior to joining CPR, Deanne built a career in nonprofit administration, communications, and development, supporting organizations focused on philanthropy, education, and community impact. Her experience includes executive and board support, program coordination, CRM and data management, donor communications, and operational administration. She is passionate about building efficient systems, fostering meaningful professional relationships, and helping mission-driven organizations achieve their strategic goals.

Deanne earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Manhattan University, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, organizational effectiveness, and strategic communication.
