Jason Kleinwaks

Jason is currently Senior Counsel, Complex Commercial Litigation, at Johnson & Johnson, where he manages high-value disputes and litigation across the enterprise, including the MedTech and Innovative Medicine businesses. Jason previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of California and worked at several international law firms in New York and Washington, DC. Earlier in his career, Jason served as a law clerk on both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
