Marc Fishman is General Counsel, Litigation and the Global Head of Litigation at Novo Nordisk A/S. Marc oversees litigation at the company’s global headquarters in Bagsvaerd, Denmark and the U.S. headquarters in Plainsboro, New Jersey. In this role, Marc sets strategic direction and leads teams managing all of the company’s litigation, government investigation, sanctions, export control, and risk management matters worldwide.
Marc has been a litigator for over 28 years and has spent the last 20 years in-house managing litigation for Novo Nordisk, Genentech and Roche, focusing on federal and state government investigations, Congressional investigations, product liability, patent, antitrust, pricing, commercial, employment and general litigation. Marc received his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Rochester in 1995.
