I have experience in domestic and international commercial and investment arbitration, both institutional and ad hoc. At the international level, I have participated, among others, in arbitrations before the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). In Spain, I have participated in arbitrations before various institutions such as the Madrid International Arbitration Centre- Ibero-American Arbitration Center (CIAM-CIAR), the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM) and the Spanish Court of Arbitration (CEA). I also have experience in proceedings for the annulment, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
I also advise clients on civil and commercial litigation relating to, among other aspects, financial products, infrastructure, energy, transportation and maritime law.
