Stephen Wurth

Stephen is an attorney with Qualcomm's in-house litigation team based in San Diego, California. He manages offensive and defensive litigation matters around the world and support the company business in other non-litigation ways as well. Before working at Qualcomm, he was Senior IP Counsel for Motorola Mobility in Chicago, Illinois, where he managed patent litigation. Before he was at Motorola Mobility, he practiced all aspects of intellectual property law for two different law firms in Chicago with a primary focus on patent litigation.
