Suzana Blades

Suzana Blades is an experienced in-house counsel. She currently leads a team responsible for managing Kimberly-Clark’s global litigation docket, including litigation, arbitration and government investigations in North America, Latin America, EMEA and APAC. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2022, she was Managing Counsel – Commercial Litigation and Arbitration at ConocoPhillips for over 11 years. Her experience includes Hess Corporation, where she was Senior International Negotiator, and Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where she was an associate in the International Arbitration group.
