    The Employment Dispute Mediation Procedure offers a structure and ground rules for mediation of a discharge or other significant employment dispute between a company and an employee or former employee. This procedure includes the Mediation Submission Agreement.
     
  • CPR Employment Arbitration Procedure by the CPR Employment Disputes Committee
    CPR Institute's Resource Book for Managing Employment Disputes (2004) 
    The Employment Dispute Arbitration Procedure offers a structure and ground rules for arbitration of a discharge or other significant employment dispute between a company and an employee or former employee.  This procedure includes the Pre-Dispute Agreement to Abide by Arbitration Procedure Binding on Both Parties for All Future Disputes and the Pre-Dispute Agreement to Abide by Arbitration Procedure not Binding on the Employee for All Future Disputes.  Since the publication of this Procedure, CPR Dispute Resolution has developed and deployed CPR Administered Employment Arbitration Rules as well as the CPR Employment-Related Mass Claims Protocol.
