Professional Bio
Maria Gritsenko is the Chief Legal Officer at EXANTE, an international fintech group. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning both high-stakes in-house leadership and elite private practice, Maria offers a 360-degree perspective on conflict prevention and dispute resolution.
Before joining EXANTE, Maria served as Deputy General Counsel and Group Head of Legal Risk at VEON, a Nasdaq-listed global telecommunications leader. In this role, she managed complex multi-jurisdictional litigation, among other projects. Her in-house tenure is complemented by over 12 years in private practice at leading global firms, including Skadden Arps and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where she focused on cross-border disputes.
Dual-qualified as a New York Attorney and a Solicitor-Advocate in England & Wales, Maria is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas). She is dedicated to bridging the gap between corporate legal strategy and effective dispute resolution.
