Calming the Waves: Managing Conflict with ADR
Each year, the CPR Annual Meeting brings together thought-leaders in ADR from top companies, law firms, and academia plus leading arbitrators and mediators from around the world for substantive panel discussions, multiple networking opportunities, interesting speakers and much more. The 2025 Annual Meeting will continue that tradition.
The Steering Committee, led by Effie D. Silva, General Counsel of Fresh Del Monte, and Philip Greenberg, Deputy General Counsel of Veru Inc., is putting together a terrific conference.

Judge Barkett is a judge on the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal in The Hague and serves as a Judge ad hoc on the International Court of Justice.
