Part 1 of this webinar series on AI and Dispute Resolution will consider:

  • whether lawyers, including in their capacity as judges, arbitrators, or other neutral facilitators, have a professional duty to use AI
  • whether there should be any limitations on the use of AI in dispute resolution
  • whose responsibility it is to regulate the use of AI
  • whether the use of AI by attorneys in dispute resolution proceedings should be disclosed
  • and whether there are any broader ethical/policy concerns regarding the use of AI in dispute resolution that the legal industry should be focused on
