CPR Institute and the CPR Brazilian Advisory Board are proud to present this workshop for the legal community in São Paulo as part of São Paulo Arbitration Week.
Experienced speakers will discuss the use of CPR resources for dispute prevention and resolution including mediation, arbitration, review boards, and neutral facilitators as beneficial tools for resolving business disputes. In this dynamic and interactive session, the speakers will share case studies demonstrating real-life experiences, advantages and challenges of various dispute resolution methodologies, as well as share their practical tips and lessons learned from their personal experiences.
Participants in the audience will have the opportunity and be encouraged to share their views, experience and questions with the panel and the audience.
