Interest in alternative dispute resolution for employment disputes continues to grow as more employers turn to arbitration.
In 2025, CPR published its new Employment Dispute Resolution Program Template and Model Employment Mediation and Arbitration Agreement. Join us for a discussion of these new resources and how employers can use them to create or update mediation and arbitration programs for employment disputes.
Created by CPR’s Employment Disputes Committee and a diverse group of stakeholders, these model documents represent evolving best practices and seek to balance employers’ and employees’ interests in efficient and fair dispute resolution.
