ADR Under Pressure: The Rise of Mass Arbitration

CPR Institute’s Seattle Advisory Board is pleased to present the Fall 2026 Seattle Regional Chapter meeting, hosted by DLA Piper. This event is free and open to the public. Networking reception to follow. 

The program will take place on the 40th floor, and the reception will take place on the 69th floor. 

Program Description:

Mass arbitration is reshaping the economics, strategy, and administration of dispute resolution and raises difficult questions for companies, counsel, and arbitral institutions alike. This panel will examine how mass arbitration is changing case strategy, where current processes are under strain, and what legal, procedural, and institutional responses may offer a more workable path forward.
