Panel: SCOTUS and the Evolving Arbitration Landscape

Speakers:

Moderator:

Although arbitration is typically prized for courts not being involved, Supreme Court rulings have dramatically shaped the contours of the modern arbitration landscape. That trend has continued in recent years, with the Supreme Court issuing numerous decisions on a variety of procedural and substantive topics that have significantly impacted the arbitration process.

This panel of Supreme Court and arbitration experts will examine the Court’s recent arbitration decisions and offer perspectives on the meaning and significance of those rulings.  The panelists will both examine the rulings in their own right and offer thoughts on what they suggest about the current Court’s overall views on and approach to arbitration - and where things might be heading next.

Parking: Validated self-parking at the JPMorganChase Center (formerly Russell Investments Center) will be available. The garage entrance is on Union Street between First and Second Avenues. Please bring your parking ticket to the event for validation. The event will take place on the 42nd floor.
