Program Description:

As emerging technologies reshape critical infrastructure and global commerce, disputes involving satellites, drone operations, and data center projects are becoming increasingly sophisticated and cross‑border in nature. This program brings together leading practitioners to examine how arbitration in Europe is adapting to these rapidly evolving sectors.

Our distinguished panel will explore key legal and practical challenges, including the interplay of European regulatory bodies, jurisdictional and enforcement complexities, and the management of highly technical and data‑intensive evidence. The discussion will highlight real‑world scenarios and offer strategic, practice‑oriented insights for arbitrators, counsel, and in‑house lawyers navigating disputes at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and international law.
