The CPR Institute community is a global, multi-stakeholder membership base comprising in-house counsel, outside counsel, neutrals, and academics who all share a common interest in early dispute prevention and resolution. An organizational membership offers all colleagues in your legal team exclusive opportunities for networking, collaboration, and professional development, in addition to member-exclusive programming and a wide range of resources and publications, all developed by fellow members. The various membership levels are listed below. Corporate Membership
CPR Institute membership is your “one-stop shop” for practical tools, training and support to implement and maintain a highly effective end-to-end dispute resolution process and encourage a culture of early dispute prevention and resolution throughout your organization.

Law Firm Membership
Joining the CPR Institute serves as a signal to your clients that you have their best interests in mind as experts in dispute resolution. The thought leadership developed by the CPR Institute and leveraged by CPR Dispute Resolution Services provides your firm with key resources to guide your clients through resolving their disputes successfully.

Individual Corporate Counsel
This membership is for in-house counsel who wish to become involved with the CPR Institute at a non-institutional level.
Individual Corporate Counsel Membership Contribution: $895/year
Individual Practitioner
This membership is for attorneys, solo practitioners, and neutrals who are not on CPR Dispute Resolution Services’ Panel of Distinguished Neutrals, and who wish to become a CPR Institute member at a non-institutional level.
Individual Practitioner Membership Contribution: $1,795/year
Panelist Membership
This membership is exclusively for neutrals already on the CPR Dispute Resolution Services Panel of Distinguished Neutrals who want to enjoy the benefits of CPR Institute membership (and are not part of a larger organizational member). Please note: Membership with CPR Institute is billed completely separately from panel fees associated with serving on the CPR Dispute Resolution Services Panel of Distinguished Neutrals. CPR Institute membership is not included with acceptance to the Panel, and has no bearing whatsoever on the number of cases or appointments you may receive.
Academic Membership
CPR's Academic Membership is offered by invitation to institutions with programs focused on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), dispute prevention, and business negotiation. This complimentary membership connects faculty and students with CPR's community, educational programs, thought leadership initiatives, and networking opportunities.
Academic Member institutions play an important role in advancing CPR's mission through collaboration, participation, resource sharing, and contributions to the advancement of ADR and early dispute prevention and resolution. Avenues for support include: participating in committees and task forces with other members, participating in programs as speakers, providing written submissions for Alternatives and CPR Speaks, serving as a judge for CPR’s Annual Awards Program, encouraging students to apply for CPR internships, and providing an academic sponsorship for, hosting or participating in a CPR Institute event, such as the
International Mediation Competition and Africa Arbitration Day – New York Conference.
Academic Memberships are extended at CPR's discretion and are subject to periodic review. Adjunct professors at an academic member institution who are also employed by a non-member law firm or corporation must pay for an individual membership to enjoy member benefits, or arrange for their organization to join.
