The Energy, Oil & Gas Alliance was formed to study challenges in these related industries.
The CPR Institute regularly convenes this network of in-house counsel, attorneys, and leading ADR practitioners to analyze, promote, and disseminate information on issues that are critically important to business practices in the field.

The Energy, Oil & Gas Alliance addresses issues that are important to business practices in this field. It has assembled a blue-ribbon international panel of energy neutrals in sub-specialties ranging from oil & gas to alternative energy sources to nuclear specialties and periodically puts on programs of interest, including an annual VIP energy-insider event in Houston each January.

The 9th Annual Houston Regional Meeting on January 21, 2026 hosted at the offices of Reed Smith from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. CST.  The panel discussion topic will relate to efficiency in arbitration today.
